The inbox thatanswers itself.
HERALD is the mind that runs the mail. Every account, every message — read, classified twelve ways, routed to the right organ, and in a growing share of cases, answered. Inbox zero stopped being a habit here and became a system property.
Mail is not read here. It is processed.
Twelve-way classification
Invoice, lead, legal, noise, threat, deadline — each message lands in a lane with an owner. Nothing sits unread, because reading is not a human bottleneck.
Mail becomes work
An invoice flows to the financial mind. A customer question flows to the product. HERALD is the postmaster of the whole civilisation, not a filter.
Answers, proposed
Routine mail gets a drafted reply in the house voice, receipts attached. The human keeps the send button exactly as long as they want it.

This bench is wired straight into the machine. Type a prompt, it runs on our own metal, the answer lands on this page — and your rating tells the fleet what to build better.
Inbox zero is not discipline. It is architecture.
